We are happy to announce that ServBasic has an exciting update in terms of making payments and handling transactions.
We added a new feature for you regards credit card processing.
It takes several minutes to set up your account information in few easy steps:
Create account with Element (Vantiv) - The credit card processing can be done through ServBasic by creating an account with Element (Vantiv).
Adding Payment type - Once you register your account, you are using Vantiv (Element) as a processor and before you start adding EBA accounts you must first add Electronic Billing in Setup> Payment Type Setup.
Adding EBA Account - Once you complete the previous step, please click add EBA account and add the Billing Information then Enter Credit Card information.
Making Payments - To make a payment in ServBasic using Credit Card, you can make the payments automatically by selecting Automatic Billing and select one of the two options or you need go in account and under Details tab at the bottom left side to click select an action and choose Add Payment.
If the transaction was approved it will say it was Approved if not, then it will say Declined.
If you go to EBA account, you can see the details of the transaction including the date of transaction, Method, Amount, Status and Transaction ID.
